Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 May 2026

We want you to be confident in your purchase of RoomHelm. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund from Albert Poghosyan, Private Entrepreneur. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

The short version. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial (no card). After that, if you decide RoomHelm isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked.

1. Free trial first

We offer a 7-day free trial on every plan, and we don't ask for a payment card to start. We recommend evaluating the Service during the trial. If you don't add a card before the trial ends, your workspace simply pauses — you are never charged automatically without your consent.

2. 14-day refund window on first paid subscription

If you start a paid subscription and decide within 14 calendar days of the first paid charge that RoomHelm isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund of that first charge. We will also cancel your subscription so no further charges occur.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email albert@poghosyan.org from the email address registered on your RoomHelm Account.
  2. Include the workspace name and, if possible, the Stripe invoice number or last 4 digits of the card you were charged on.
  3. Tell us briefly why you're requesting the refund — feedback helps us improve, but it's optional.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to confirm the outcome within 5 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund, Stripe typically settles it within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank. We don't charge any fee for processing the refund.

5. Renewals after the first month

The 14-day refund window applies to your first paid charge only. Subsequent monthly renewals are not refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid further charges. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a renewal that has already been processed.

To cancel, go to your Account settings or email us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Annual plans

If you purchase an annual plan (when annual billing becomes available), the 14-day refund window applies to the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

7. Plan changes mid-cycle

8. What is not refundable

The following are not eligible for a refund:

9. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please email us first — we are usually able to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in your Account being suspended pending resolution.

10. Statutory consumer rights

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory statutory rights (for example, the EU/EEA "right of withdrawal"), nothing in this Policy limits those rights. Where statutory rights are more favourable, the statutory rights apply.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version applies to refunds requested after the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.
